"I'm not sure" about Medical Marijuana dispensary and cultivation in Coalinga

Some of you aren't sure what you believe; some have tried Marijuana, others have only seen it in picture books and movies. If you can't always make up your mind on political issues, just say "maybe" to them, and hope somebody makes the right decision for you.
